When will my first Mail arrive?
To receive the current month's Mail Club, sign up by the 14th of the month.
Subscriptions placed on the 15th or later will begin with the following month's mail.
For example:
- Sign up on or before June 14 → receive the June Mail Club.
- Sign up on June 15 or later → your first will be the July Mail Club.
When will I be charged?
Your first payment is processed as soon as you subscribe.
After that, your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date you signed up.
Subscription Guide
This is a recurring monthly subscription, and you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
Please note that canceling your subscription does not cancel or refund any order that has already been charged or processed.
Once a month's Mail Club has been processed or shipped, it is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
Shipping Information
To keep the Mail Club affordable, all mail is sent through standard stamped mail and does not include tracking information.
After receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow 7–14 business days for your Mail to make its way to your mailbox
